The whole time you have booked. Please allow an additional 10-15 minutes for your free consultation and aftercare advice. Please note that if you are late this may affect the amount of time you will have being massaged. For your initial consultation we will need to ask relevant questions to ensure you are fit for a massage, then you need to sign a consent form. Should you choose to book again, subsequent visits will be more streamlined.
To not unnecessarily inconvenience patients who urgently need care, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to allow reception to schedule someone else in need. All late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. Failing to turn up for an appointment without any notice will result in the full appointment fee being applied. We understand extenuating circumstances do happen and will always be happy to waive charges for genuine mitigating circumstances.
