Most of us have had the misfortune of being injured or stressed. The negativity that often comes from these processes can be either an inconvenience or completely exhausting. Having personally suffered several traumatic sporting injuries, I understand how difficult it can be from both a physical and psychological standpoint.
When met with the right practitioner I believe Massage Therapy has the ability to not just enhance physical function, but also transform psychological well being. Experiencing injury or stress, however frustrating it can be, can also allow a space for reflection. Through the healing process rests an opportunity to learn more about our body and about our lifestyle choices. Here we can attempt to reassess what can be done to help ourselves and realign with our bodies innate capability to find balance.
Sometimes we just need a little help retuning and refocusing, and as a Soft and Deep Tissue Specialist I feel privileged to help treat a diverse range of people through their individual healing process. Whether to recover from injury, increase sport performance, correct postural imbalances or reduce anxiety. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and attain more freedom.
