To not unnecessarily inconvenience patients who urgently need care, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to allow reception to schedule someone else in need. All late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. Failing to turn up for an appointment without any notice will result in the full appointment fee being applied. We understand extenuating circumstances do happen and will always be happy to waive charges for genuine mitigating circumstances.
If helpful, we can remind you of your appointment in the following ways:
- Phone Call
- All of the above!
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards (excluding American Express)
- Bank Transfer
- Card payments over the phone
- Payment plans are available upon request
We are accredited providers of Pilates services for all major insurance companies. See the ‘Our Team’ page for individual practitioner insurance company registration numbers.
The Common Law Of Business - John Ruskin
“It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money – that’s all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot – it can’t be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.”
