Clinical Biography

Adam is originally from Poland and has been in the UK since 2006. During the last 10 years, he has managed to develop skills and practice numerous forms of holistic body massage in a 5-star spa environments.

The first qualifications he obtained were Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. Adam has enjoyed practising his new skills immensely and these have quickly propelled him into further learning and specialising in the area of holistic massage. He has since worked with the most renowned spas in Bath for 8 straight years. That has allowed him thousands of hours of continuous practice and experience. He has gone on to obtain proficiency and qualifications in Thai Massage, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Watsu and Aquasana. Adam still continues to work for the spas in the City of Bath.

Apart from holistic therapy Adam has also trained Capoeira (a Brazilian martial art) since 2007 and has been a Capoeira instructor since 2014. This has allowed him to get a specific insight into the world of physical training and body movement and to join this knowledge with his therapeutic skills. Understanding body movement and soft tissue treatment has greatly enhanced his ability to assist clients with both his hands-on care and post-therapy advice as well as understanding repeated movement patterns from which the muscular or fascial problems may have arisen.

Adam is always looking for more knowledge and opportunity to develop and enhance his skill repertoire. He is continuously in contact with other therapists from the clinic in order to deepen his understanding and his knowledge.
